Choose from an assortment of themed pizzas and flat bread sandwiches (called Piz-Zandwiches) along with a few appetizers and salads, and last but certainly not least the deep dish cookies, called none other than Deep Dish Delish!  We didn’t have one this trip, but Ashley has indulged on previous visits and they are definitely worth saving room for!

THE EXPERIENCE:

No conventional ovens or stoves here!  All the food is cooked in a wood fired oven affixed in the center of the restaurant. Trendy industrial atmosphere with tons of sun light.

FOR STARTERS:

Wood Fired Dough for Dipping (pizza crust drizzled with olive oil and dusted with parmesan cheese; includes a side of roasted pepper and olive tapenade)

Ashley’s Rating:

It was so good, I will for sure be having this again and again

Michelle’s Rating:

Amazing (and I’m not a big fan of olives!)

Chicken Club Piz-Zandwich (chicken, bacon, mozzarella, lettuce, citrus aioli) and a side of grilled broccoli

Ashley’s Rating:

Broccoli was fabulous, the best I have had in a long time

Chicken Club the flavors were certainly there, but was a tad dry, nothing that a little more citrus aioli didn’t fix

Michelle’s Rating:

Alright – basic and a little dry (broccoli was Amazing)

Island Time Pizza (pulled pork, bell pepper, caramelized onions, cilantro, mango salsa, and BBQ sauce)

Ashley’s Rating:

A favorite of mine.  I always love this one!

Michelle’s Rating:

Amazing!  What a flavor explosion in your mouth!
