This bright and open bar & grill is a great place to grab a Guinness and meet some friends. Despite its strip mall exterior, the indoor and outdoor seating is quite inviting. It’s not your dark, cramped pub style place.

Pub food with a dash of Irish fare. It’s your run of the mill soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas and entrees (half of which are Italian and half are Irish inspired).  Service is not lacking here, the employees are attentive and speedy.

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Ashley’s Rating:

Fine – This was a good flavored dish. However it lacked some luster. The fries were nicely salted and the meat was tender. It just didn’t make me jump out of my seat.

Michelle’s Rating:

Alright – The corned beef itself was tender and flavorful, but all the veggies were kind of ‘eh. The cabbage lacked flavor and I prefer my potatoes super crispy. In our opinion wedge fries are just too much tater to the preferred tater to crispy ratio, once a hunk exceeds normal fry size it should be considered a fried baked potato.

Shepherd’s Pie

Ashley’s Rating:

Fine – I enjoyed this dish, but there was something about it, it needed something more, I am not sure what it would be though. It was one of those dishes that was good and did its job filling a hungry tummy, it’s like a decent movie – good enough to see once.

Michelle’s Rating:

Alright – I really wish they would have put more thought into the meat. Perhaps slow cooked beef rather than ground hamburger. This tasted like a dish I could layer at home.
