Tucked away in a residential neighborhood is this fine little gem. You immediately feel welcome and at home when you enter the front door. Even though it’s not on the main thoroughfare it’s always a busy place because the locals know where to get good eats. If you’re not geographically savvy, the name is the location.



Bar and grill meets home cooking. A few options under the typical categories of sammies, salads and appetizers. The piece de resistance – the pot pie (pictured on the cover of Sauce Magazine) is listed under the favorites.

Awesome. Very light and crispy, but a little goes a long way. It’s a little grease saturated for me.

Awesome. Nothing really sets these apart from other fried, battered rings of onion, but they tasted typically wonderful.

Amazing! Oh man, this was good! Nice and thick and seasoned just right.

Amazing!  I only got to try a couple of bites, but I am impressed! Definitely getting this entire dish to myself next time. You get a bowl of creamy, seasoned vegetables and tender pulled chicken covered with dome of flaky, toasted pastry.  This is a hard dish to NOT finish….and lick the bowl.

Turkey Sammie

Herb Roasted Turkey Sandwich – on sourdough seasoned with rosemary, topped with artichoke garlic spread & cheese

Michelle’s Rating:

Amazing! This seemed like a boring choice, but once I tasted it, I was very happy, indeed. The buttered, seasoned bread was toasted perfectly and the creamy artichoke spread put it over the top. My only complaint was the small pieces of fat on the edges of the meat I could’ve done without.
